Invoice problems
Do you have invoice problems?
As you will be able to read from the subscription terms of your mobile company, it is the owner of a mobile subscription who is responsible for the use that is made with a mobile phone. Even if you lend the phone to employees or children, the owner is still financially responsible. The mobile companies offer solutions where you as a subscription owner can block payments via the telephone bill.
If you experience that you have been charged for something via the mobile bill that you cannot acknowledge, then you should complain to your mobile phone company.
You should have the phone bill nearby if you are calling.
If you are sending an email, always include the following information:
- Your phone number
- When the charge was made (date and time)
- Which 4-digit SMS no. The charge was made on
Your mobile company and 4t investigate the case
Your mobile company will now, together with 4T, conduct an investigation of what you have been charged via the mobile bill. Such a complaint can either be accepted or rejected.
- If the complaint is accepted, 4T will credit the amount so that you automatically get the money back via your mobile bill (or deposited in your prepaid account).
- If the complaint is rejected, the last option is to make an official invoice complaint to your mobile operator.
