Content problems
Do you want to complain about your purchase?
If you find that what you have bought, for one reason or another, does not meet your expectations, and you want to complain about your purchase, then you should do the following:
- First, find out which content provider made the charge:
- On your mobile bill there will be information about the content provider, possibly. which 4-digit SMS number used in connection with the charge. This 4-digit SMS number always starts with 1. (for example 1212 or 1234)
- Under the menu item "Content providers" you will find a complete overview of all the 4-digit SMS numbers that are active - and which content provider owns the SMS number in question.
- Contact the content provider in question by phone or e-mail and complain about what is delivered.
- You should have the phone bill nearby if you are calling.
- If you are sending an email, always include the following information:
- Your phone number
- When the charge was made (date and time)
- Which 4-digit SMS no. The charge was made on
- What amount was charged
- Any other information that may appear on your telephone bill in connection with the collection What is the reason for your complaint If the content provider accepts your complaint, the provider has access to credit the amount so that you automatically get the money back via your mobile bill (or deposited into your prepaid account).
- If you are not satisfied with the content provider's handling of your complaint, you can complain to your mobile phone company.
Complain to your mobile phone company
If your inquiry does not lead to a satisfactory answer, then you can do the following:
- Complain to your mobile phone campany. This is done by contacting the mobile phone company’s customer service.
- Remember to state that you have already been in contact with the content provider and offer to forward emails from the content provider to the customer service representative.
- The mobile operator will then contact 4T, which will carry out a further investigation of the charge.
