4T’s owners have for a number of years worked with regulation of mobile payments in Denmark.

This self-regulation has resulted in a set of guidelines (Code of Conduct):The Framework Agreement for Mobile Content and Payment Services.

The framework agreement outlines the rules and procedures to be followed by content providers to ensure that mobile customers are properly informed about what is being purchased and what is to be paid before payment is made.
